Sinjska alka hrvatska je viteška igra. Održava se svake godine u nedjelju u prvoj trećini mjeseca kolovoza u Sinju, na godišnjicu pobjede nad turskim osvajačima 14. kolovoza 1715. Na taj dan je 700 hrvatskih vojnika iz Sinja uspjelo odbiti navalu vojske turskog seraskera Mehmed-paše Čelića koja je imala 60.000 vojnika.
Sinjska alka je 15. studenoga 2010. upisana na UNESCO-v popis nematerijalne svjetske baštine u Europi
Sinjska alka is a Croatian knight's game.
It is held every year on Sunday in the first third of August in Sinj, on the anniversary of the victory over the Turkish invaders on August 14, 1715. On that day, 700 Croatian soldiers from Sinj managed to repel the onslaught of the army of Turkish serasker Mehmed-pasha Celic, which had 60,000 soldiers.
On November 15, 2010, Sinjska alka was inscribed on the UNESCO list of intangible world heritage in Europe.
