This VB-R vertical machine is designed to aid with the following food processing tasks -cutting, kneading dough, whipping, mincing, emulsifying, slicing, blending, mixing, chopping, puree and etc. This vertical machine and its built in action of the rotating blades is designed to help keep all organic food properties intact. The bowl tilts for emptying processed food.
