    This unit uses tap water, salt pellets, and electricity to generate a hypochlorous acid (HOCl) solution. This liquid solution is food safe and can be sprayed or misted on produce, cut fruit, seafood, flowers, and food prep surfaces. The treated food does not require rinsing before eating.
