This item is brand new.  Includes a total of 8 blank cards and 8 envelopes.  Cards measure just over 3.5" wide and 5" tall and are embellished with glitter.  Each card features the same image: A snow man sitting on a swing that is attached to a colorful hot air balloon and there is a penguin on the top of the balloon.  Comes with orange colored envelopes.
