This item is brand new.  Includes a total of 8 blank cards and 8 envelopes.  Cards measure just over 3.5" wide and 5" tall and are embellished with glitter.  Each card features the same image: a penguin wearing a scarf and helmet and has a rocket strapped to his back to make him fly.  Comes with maroon colored envelopes.
