5.8" Max diameter - This is NOT the Mini.
Lens surface in excellent condition.
There is one very small 1mm square faint whitish spot that is on the inside of the outer lens - I tried to photograph but it was almost impossible.
Also a small impression on the edge of the closest right angle "shoulder" to the larger side - hard to photograph due to the black surface.
