    It is made of aluminum, painted flat black and the numbers and markings are white for easy visibility.  It is 4" in diameter and 1/16" thick. It has a 3/16" drilled center hole that can be drilled larger if needed.
    It goes from 0 to 90, back to 0 and again for the 360 degrees total.
