Air curtain is NOT an air conditioner. Air curtain is a powerful fan that forcing a high speed air stream over the entrance to isolate the interior and exterior air environment while blocking 90% of Hot or Cold air, dust, smoke, and flying insects. It could save energy cost by keeping the conditioned air inside.

With the door switch installed, automatically turn on the air curtain when the door is open; turn off when door is closed. The door switch is optional, if you do not install the door switch, press the Lo/Off/Hi speed switch to turn on for 8 hours continuously running.

Shipment Reception Instruction
Please make sure you inspect your order for damage or shortage before you sign the receiving form.
Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading (delivery order) or the shipment must be refused. Strongly recommend you to take some pictures on the received package condition
We will help to solve the shipping damage issue once you claimed it at reception. We provides great customer service to help you out. You buy with confidence.
When you sign for your shipment without notification/claim, you are signing that it was received in a good condition; you will be responsible for any damage unless it is a factory defect.
Returns will be accepted if item is in 100% NEW condition with ORIGINAL package and received within 14 days.
All used/refurbished items are sold AS IS and are not returnable.
Minimal scratches or dents that not causing functional defective do not consider as damage.
Notify us and get a RMA approval before sending them back, manufacturer might have local service for repair on damaged or defective items.
