This unit is
in excellent operating condition throughout.
It is powered by very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG
Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is
three (3) stage,
measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 186".
The class IIi forks are 5" wide X 48" long
and will spread to a width of 25" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.
The tires are TREADED ON THE FRONT AT 85% AND SMOOTH ON THE REAR AT 80%.
The width of this unit is 41" and the overall length is 91" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 9,2
50#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a large motor manufacturing company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads ONLY 4054 tot
al hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Headlights, Taillights, Back Up Warning w/ flashing light, back up lights, Rearview Mirrors, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
